Membership in the HotelsByCity.com Inc Writer's Network will be granted in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions in order to become a member of HotelsByCity.com Writer's Network ("HotelsByCity"). 1. Copyright.
The entire contents and layout of the HotelsByCity website are copyrighted as a collective work under Canadian and other copyright laws, and holds the copyright in the collective work. As a registered member, you may view, display and download materials within the website for your own non-commercial use. HotelsByCity website contains, or may contain, material ("content") that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. Members agree not to transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute or modify the content of this site without express written permission of HotelsByCity. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.

2. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HotelsByCity and all associated content providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the HotelsByCity website through your account.

3. Membership:
Once your registration has been processed, you will be granted access to the HotelsByCity Writer's Dashboard section of the website. This may take up to seven (7) working days, depending on the amount of application in the queue.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an e-mail containing your membership access details, password, and any other information needed. If you do not receive this e-mail in a timely manner, please contact us through the website and we will make every effort to assist you.

4. Assignability:
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership to anyone else without prior written consent from HotelsByCity. Please keep your login information confidential.

5. Submissions.
By submitting any material to HotelsByCity members are:
. representing that they are the sole author of that entry and are fully entitled to enter their work; and
. grant AND a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable license to copy, modify, distribute, sub-license, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere in the world; and
. Authorize AND to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive all of your moral rights including the right to be identified as the author of the material in question.

6. Moderation of Submissions
HotelsByCity reserves the right to review all communication and materials posted by members, and to block or remove materials HotelsByCity determines to be unsuitable for the website without recourse. Members may not post or transmit any message which is libelous, defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person. Members may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program which is indecent, obscene or pornographic. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). You agree that the HotelsByCity webmasters, administrators and/or moderators have the right to edit or remove any content within the website at any time should they see fit.

7. Third Parties:
As a user you agree to any information you have entered into the HotelsByCity website being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the HotelsByCity webmasters, administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

8. Support:
HotelsByCity strives to provide timely, accurate information and assistance for our members. Such information is provided "as is" and is not supported by HotelsByCity unless otherwise stated. Please be sure to verify any information on your own.

9. Terms and Conditions Updates
You agree that these terms and conditions may change from time to time, and that you will be required to re-enable your account on these occasions.
